Monster's Inc Bento (Mike and Sully)

This bento is probably one of my favorites - everyone in the house loves Monster's Inc and this bento makes them look more like little kids. What kid wouldn't want to see a smiling Mike and Sully in their lunch with plenty of tasty food? And don't let the word "haggis" put you off - there are some delicious haggis meatballs made with bulgur, lentil and oats that are extremely delicious.

Two Brown and White Rice Balls

Nori

Carrots

Steamed Brocolli

Cucumbers

Tofutti Cheese

Cubed Asian Pear

Celery Sticks

Finn and Jake Burger

Oh no! Finn and Jake have been kidnapped by a semi-lazy (at the moment) bento artist and can't shout for help! They've been made into delicious soy-cheese figures with nori eyes all atop a delicious veggie burger with all of the fixin's! Will you save Finn and Jake or will you be too tempted by this delicious burger?

Ingredient List:

1 Gardein Veggie Burger

2 slices of Vegan Flat-Bread Rounds

A handful of Lettuce

2 slices of a Brown Tomato

A Sprinkle of Onions

A smidge of Spicy Hummus
